Neurophysiotherapy

Neurophysiotherapy - UHBW

This service provides individualised assessment and treatment for patients over the age of 16 years with a neurological condition. Patients need to be able to attend the outpatient department at South Bristol Community Hospital.

They offer individual one to one sessions and also run group exercise classes to help build ability, strength and balance, which in turn improves confidence to continue exercising on a regular basis. They aim to teach and support each individual towards maximising their own potential

Neurophysiotherapy - NBT

This service provides individualised assessment and treatment for patients 16+  with a neurological condition who are able to attend either Southmead or Cossham Hospitals.

They can offer individual advice, exercise, rehabilitation and education. Their emphasis is on supporting individuals to manage their own conditions.

They will link with other members of the MDT as appropriate.

(Neuro Physiotherapy Specialist services are available for patients with MS, Neuromuscular conditions)
