Information for Clinicians

Remedy is the GP Referral Support Tool, providing quick and easy access to clinical pathways and guidelines for GPs across BNSSG. 

Remedy has been developed in collaboration with local clinicians and specialists, to support GPs provide their patients with the care they need, in the right place with minimal delays.

On this site you will find a range of useful resources, including local care pathways, clinical guidance, referral forms, service information and links to community resources.

This site is managed by the ICB's Referral Service. This site will continuously evolve through the development of  clinical guidance. You can also send feedback directly to the Referral Service using the prompts on each pathway page of this site.

The information on this site is guidance and clinicians will still need to use their own clinical judgement to determine the appropriate care for their patients.  

Information for Patients

This site is intended to support clinicians deliver patient care, rather than provide a patient information service.  If you are not a clinician you are welcome to explore this site, however you may also find the NHS Choices website useful.
