Mycophenolate motefil for dermatological indications changed from TLS Red to amber 3 months

Fidaxomicin TLS change from red to amber no shared care.
Macrogol

TLS changed from blue to green to more accurately reflect the that Macrogol is first-line treatment for elderly patients for chronic constipation as well as faecal impaction
Sucralfate Enema

2g/50ml enema TLS changed from TLS Green to TLS Amber no shared care

3g/20ml enema TLS changed from TLS Green to TLS Red.
Aciclovir and Ganciclovir Eye Antivirals

TLS change to Amber no shared care on Adult Formulary.
