Botulinum toxin type A has been approved for inclusion in the formulary for the indications below
- For trigeminal neuralgia
- For Bruxism
- For urinary incontinence due to overactive bladder in children
- For oesophageal achalasia and assessment tool
- For chronic anal fissure
- For urinary incontinence due to overactive bladder and neurogenic detrusor overactivity (adults)
- For pyloric spasm
- For focal spasticity
- For hypersalivation in children
- For ptosis
- For use prior to abdominal wall reconstruction
- For hypersalivation in adults with Parkinson's Disease and Motor Neurone Disease
