Please note that for babies 13 weeks of age and older and those who are not suitable for treatment in the midwifery run service, division of tongue tie is not routinely commissioned. If there are exceptional circumstances then a individual funding application would need to applied for and accepted before a referral can be made. Please see the Tongue-Tie Division Surgery policy for further information.
