Moulded ear plugs are not commissioned by the ICB as they are for leisure purposes.
Similar ear plugs can be purchased from various pharmacies or online.
Patients can be referred from Paediatric ENT to Paediatric Audiology for moulded ear plugs for swimming when they have a perforation or similar.
