Carers Support Centre is a charity which provides support, information and advice to carers of any age living in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas.

Adult carer services - Carers can self refer or referral can be made on their behalf. All referrals should be made via the online referral form please.

From 6th January 2020 some changes have been made to the referral process and from this date all referrals will need to be made via the new online form.

These changes have been made for a number of reasons; partly to help  keep the advice and information line clear, so that carers calling in for support can get through more easily, and also to ensure the right amount of information is received quickly to help responses to be more effective.

Once the online referral has been sent the referrer will receive an automatic message to confirm it has been received and what will happen next.

If you have been making referrals via phone, or the GP app, please start to make referrals via the online form as soon as possible, the GP app is no longer accessible.
