North Somerset residents aged 18+ can Self Refer themselves for 12-weeks of 1-1 or group support from the team of Healthy Lifestyles Advisors who provide North Somerset residents with support to lose weight, get active, eat well, liver health and stop smoking.

The website also includes information about drinking less alcohol, mental health and wellbeing, sexual health and family health matters including baby, toddler, pregnancy and breastfeeding support.

Practitioners can also refer patients for support to lose weight, get active, eat well and liver health via the Practitioner referral form. Once the referral form has been received, a Healthy Lifestyles Advisor will contact the patient.
