Acupuncture is subject to the Acupuncture Criteria Based Access Policy. It will only be funded by the ICB for patients meeting the criteria.
Homeopathy is subject to the Homeopathy Policy - Exceptional Funding Request and is not routinely commissioned. Individual Funding Panel Approval is required for any homeopathic treatment.
BNSSG ICB does not support the routine prescribing of Anthroposophical (Homeopathic or Herbal) medicines in line with the ICB homeopathy funding policy and guidance from NHS England. Multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) is a chronic medical condition characterised by symptoms that the affected person attributes to low-level chemical exposure.

Investigation of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and/or treatment with Clinical Ecology/Environmental Medicine is not routinely funded by the Commissioner and is subject to Exceptional Funding Approval.
