This will then be passed to the on-call renal consultant who will triage the request and will arrange that the patient is booked to the acute renal clinic, or if less urgent they will ask that the GP makes a referral via eRS.
For patients who may require admission, please consider bleeping the on call registrar (or consultant if not available) via NBT switchboard (0117 9505050).
