We provide a wide range of solution focused, psychoeducational workshops and courses for people to learn to take control of their mental wellbeing.
We deliver online via Zoom (with individual tech support) and face to face in community venues across Bristol. Workshops and courses will typically have no more than 10 attendees and are interactive. Our founding principle is ‘experts by experience’ and our material is written and developed in collaboration with our learner involvement group, and practitioners who are experts in their fields.

North Somerset Wellbeing provides a variety of FREE workshops, courses and group activities which are available to people who are aged 18+, living in North Somerset or have a GP in North Somerset. Our programme uses wellbeing college style techniques designed to explore, improve and maintain our mental health and wellbeing. These are delivered in-person and online and range in length from 1-2 hours. We are happy to support people to build wellbeing skills and deliver learning about how to improve mental health, however, we are not a crisis service.

Recovery Navigators offer short-term support over a few months helping people build their resilience and independence. They aim to give coordinated, person-centred care, helping people get the right support, at the right time.
They support people aged 18 and over. Patients need to be referred to a recovery navigator by a professional working in primary health care. This could be a GP, nurse, care coordinator, health navigator or pharmacist.
