Macmillan/ UKONS Primary Care Oncology Haematology Risk Assessment Tool

This easy to use tool with instructions ensures that patients who suffer from complications/toxicities relating to systemic anti-cancer treatment (including chemotherapy) are identified and managed appropriately in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

It can be used for patients who are:

  •  Receiving or received systemic anti-cancer therapies.
  •  Receiving or recently received radiotherapy.
  •  At risk of disease related immunosuppression.

The tool will be on the Macmillan website shortly.
