Wellbeing support for all NHS staff

Ther are free wellbeing apps for all NHS staff (nhs email address required).

NHS Practitioner Health has a COVID-19 workforce wellbeing page with tips on caring for yourself and links to wellbeing resources.

Locally, the CCG have also put together a Wellbeing Handbook.

Wellbeing support for doctors

The BMA has a wellbeing resources page for all doctors and medical students.

The Appraisals and Revalidation team for the South West has also produced a useful summary of available wellbeing resources for GPs which can be found here.

Our Frontline: Mental health support for frontline workers

Our Frontline is a new service formed by Samaritans, Mind, Shout and Hospice UK, supported by The Royal Foundation, providing round the clock support to all of those going to work as part of the national response to the Coronavirus.

Our Frontline gives all of these workers the opportunity for 1-2-1 support for their mental health over the phone or text and through specially developed online resources, toolkits and advice.

The Healthier Together Support Network provides free, confidential wellbeing services to all health and care staff within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
